How can we help?
Sirr is a small, independent app. Questions, ideas, and bug reports all reach a real person.
Frequently asked
What is Sirr?
Sirr is a quiet daily Sufi practice. Each morning you receive one couplet or image — receive it, carry it through the day on your widget, and return to it at night with a short private reflection. One line a day, built to be closed.
Is my data private?
Yes, completely. There is no account, no cloud, no tracking, and no ads. Your reflections never leave your device. Our App Store privacy label is Data Not Collected. See the Privacy Policy for details.
What does Pro unlock, and how much is it?
Sirr is free to begin with a generous taste. Pro is a one-time lifetime purchase — no subscriptions — that unlocks the full library and all theme cycles. You buy it once and keep it.
Where do the couplets come from?
Every line is human-curated from public-domain scholarly translations — chiefly Nicholson's Masnavi — and the classical Sufi tradition, presented with attribution. AI never authors the wisdom; it only, optionally and on-device, mirrors your own reflections back to you.
Do I need Apple Intelligence?
No. The full practice — Take, Carry, Return — works without it. If your device supports Apple Intelligence, Sirr can gently surface patterns in your own reflections over time, processed entirely on-device.
How do I add the widget?
Long-press your Lock Screen or Home Screen, tap Customize / the + button, search for Sirr, and add the widget. Today's line will rest there for you to meet through the day.
I restored my phone / bought a new one — how do I get Pro back?
Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases, or reinstall and restore — Apple ties your Pro unlock to your Apple Account.
What devices are supported?
Sirr requires iPhone on iOS 26 or later. iPad and Mac support is on the roadmap.
How do I request a refund?
Purchases go through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
