Privacy Policy
Sirr has no account, no cloud, no analytics, no tracking, and no ads. Everything you write stays on your device. We have no servers that hold your data, because there is nothing to hold.
What we collect
Nothing. Sirr does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. Our App Store privacy label is Data Not Collected, and we mean it literally.
Your reflections
The daily “Return” reflections you write (typed or spoken) are stored only on your device, inside the app's private on-device database. They are never uploaded, backed up to our servers, or seen by us or anyone else.
- Reflections may be included in your own iCloud device backup if you have one enabled — that backup is controlled by Apple and your settings, not by us.
- Deleting the app removes its on-device data.
On-device AI
If your device supports Apple Intelligence, Sirr can gently mirror patterns in your own reflections over time. This processing happens entirely on-device. Your words are not sent to us or to any third party for this feature. The full practice works without it.
Content updates
Sirr may download signed content packs (new couplets and cycles) over the network. These are anonymous, read-only downloads of public content. We do not attach any identifier to these requests beyond what is technically necessary to fetch a file, and we do not build a profile of you.
Purchases
The Pro lifetime unlock is processed entirely by Apple's App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
No tracking, no third parties
- No advertising SDKs.
- No analytics or crash-reporting that identifies you.
- No social logins, no email signup, no contact-list access.
Children
Sirr is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children. Because we collect no data, there is nothing to collect from a child either.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected in an app update.
