The short version: Quell has no account, no server, and no analytics. Everything you do — the feelings you name, the moments you settle, your universe — stays on your device. We never see it, and it is never sent anywhere.
Quell ("the app", "we") is an emotion-regulation app for iOS, developed by Ahmet Gezgin. This policy explains how the app handles information. For anything not covered here, contact h.ahmetgezgin@gmail.com.
None on our side. Quell does not require an account, does not ask for your name or email, and does not run any server that receives your data. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or trackers.
The content you create in the app — feelings, intensities, contexts, written notes, and your "universe" of settled moments — is stored locally on your device only.
All app content is kept on your device using standard iOS storage and encryption. We have no access to it. If you have iOS/iCloud system backup enabled, your app data may be included in Apple's standard encrypted device backup — this is Apple's mechanism, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy, and is not something Quell controls or can read.
Quell asks for the following only when a feature needs them, and works without them if you decline:
You can change any of these at any time in iOS Settings → Quell or in the app's Settings → Permissions.
Quell Deep (subscription or one-time unlock) is sold through Apple's App Store. Payments and renewals are handled entirely by Apple; we never see your payment details. To verify your purchase, the app communicates with Apple's StoreKit — your entitlement status is checked on-device. See Apple's Privacy Policy for how Apple handles purchase data.
Quell does not track you across apps or websites, does not show ads, and does not sell or share any data — because there is no data to sell. There is nothing to opt out of.
Quell is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect data from children — and since we collect no personal data at all, none leaves a child's device either.
Quell is a self-care and emotion-regulation tool. It is not a medical device and not a substitute for professional mental-health care. If you are in distress, the app points you toward real human help and crisis resources. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date. Because the app holds your data locally, material changes will be reflected in the app as well.

Quell 13 yaş altı (veya bölgendeki asgari yaş) çocuklara yönelik değildir. Çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamayız — ve hiç kişisel veri toplamadığımız için, bir çocuğun cihazından da hiçbir şey çıkmaz.
Quell bir öz bakım ve duygu düzenleme aracıdır. Bir tıbbi cihaz değildir ve profesyonel ruh sağlığı bakımının yerine geçmez. Sıkıntıdaysan, uygulama seni gerçek insan yardımına ve kriz kaynaklarına yönlendirir. Acil durumda yerel acil servislerle iletişime geç.
