By downloading, installing, or using DayZen ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, and as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

The App and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to design, graphics, text, and software) are owned by Ahmet Gezgin and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The DayZen name and logo are trademarks of Ahmet Gezgin.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All task data and settings you create within the App are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored on it.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DAYZEN, ITS DEVELOPERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid, if any, for accessing the App.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DayZen and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

DayZen offers a weekly auto-renewable subscription called "DayZen Pro" that unlocks unlimited tasks, unlimited custom categories, and supports ongoing development.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with Apple system services (Calendar, Notifications) at your request. Your use of these services is governed by Apple's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the functionality or availability of third-party services.

11. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. By continuing to use the App after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
