By downloading, installing, or using empty ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, and as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion thereof
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks
4. Intellectual Property
The App and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to design, graphics, text, shader code, messages, and software) are owned by Ahmet Gezgin and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The empty name and logo are trademarks of Ahmet Gezgin.
5. User Data & Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All preferences and usage data are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored on it.
6. In-App Purchases
empty offers consumable in-app purchases to unlock additional item openings beyond the daily free opening.
- Price: $0.99 USD per opening (price may vary by region).
- Free tier: Your first opening is free. After that, one free opening per day.
- Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Each purchase is a one-time consumable — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will function uninterrupted, securely, or error-free
- Any defects in the App will be corrected
- The App will meet your specific requirements
- The results obtained from use of the App will be accurate or reliable
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EMPTY, ITS DEVELOPERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid, if any, for accessing the App.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless empty and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
10. Content Disclaimer
The messages revealed within the App are curated for reflective and inspirational purposes. They are not intended as professional advice of any kind — psychological, medical, financial, or otherwise. The App should not be used as a substitute for professional guidance.
11. Modifications to the App
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.
12. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. By continuing to use the App after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.

1. Kosullarin Kabulu
empty'yi ("Uygulama") indirerek, yukleyerek veya kullanarak, bu Kullanim Kosullarina ("Kosullar") bagli olmayi kabul edersiniz. Bu Kosullari kabul etmiyorsaniz, Uygulamayi kullanmayin.
2. Lisans Hakki
Bu Kosullara uyumunuza tabi olarak, size sahip oldugunuz veya kontrol ettiginiz herhangi bir Apple markali cihazda Uygulamayi indirmek, yuklemek ve kullanmak icin sinirli, munhasir olmayan, devredilemez, geri alinabilir bir lisans veriyoruz; yalnizca kisisel, ticari olmayan amaclariniz icin ve Apple App Store Hizmet Kosullarinin izin verdigi sekilde.
3. Kisitlamalar
Asagidakileri yapmamamayi kabul edersiniz:
- Uygulamayi veya herhangi bir bolumunu kopyalamak, degistirmek veya dagitmak
- Uygulamayi tersine muhendislik yapmak, kaynak koduna donusturmek veya ayristirmak
- Uygulamayi kiralamak, odunc vermek, satmak veya alt lisanslamak
- Uygulamayi yasadisi herhangi bir amacla veya gecerli yasalari ihlal ederek kullanmak
- Uygulama uzerindeki herhangi bir mulkiyet bildirimini veya etiketi kaldirmak veya degistirmek
- Uygulamanin sistemlerine veya aglarina yetkisiz erisim saglamaya calismak
4. Fikri Mulkiyet
Uygulama ve tum icerik, ozellikler ve islevsellik (tasarim, grafikler, metin, shader kodu, mesajlar ve yazilim dahil ancak bunlarla sinirli olmamak uzere) Ahmet Gezgin'e aittir ve uluslararasi telif hakki, ticari marka ve diger fikri mulkiyet yasalari ile korunmaktadir.
5. Kullanici Verileri ve Gizlilik
Uygulamayi kullaniminiz ayrica Gizlilik Politikamiz tarafindan yonetilir. Tum tercihler ve kullanim verileri cihazinizda yerel olarak saklanir. Cihazinizin guvenligini ve uzerinde depolanan verileri korumak sizin sorumlulugundadir.
6. Uygulama Ici Satin Almalar
empty, gunluk ucretsiz acilisin otesinde ek oge acilislarini acmak icin tuketilebilir uygulama ici satin almalar sunar.
- Fiyat: Acilis basina 0,99 USD (fiyat bolgeye gore degisebilir).
- Ucretsiz plan: Ilk acilisiniz ucretsizdir. Sonrasinda, gunde bir ucretsiz acilis.
- Faturalandirma: Odeme, satin alma onayinda Apple Kimligi hesabiniza yansitilir. Her satin alma tek seferlik tuketilebilirdir — abonelik veya yinelenen ucret yoktur.
- Iadeler: Iade talepleri, Apple'in iade politikalarina uygun olarak Apple tarafindan islenir.
7. Garanti Reddi
UYGULAMA, TICARETE ELVERISLILIK, BELIRLI BIR AMACA UYGUNLUK VE IHLAL ETMEME GARANTILERI DAHIL ANCAK BUNLARLA SINIRLI OLMAMAK UZERE, ACIK VEYA ZIMNI HERHANGI BIR GARANTI OLMAKSIZIN "OLDUGU GIBI" VE "MEVCUT OLDUGU SEKILDE" SUNULMAKTADIR.
Asagidakileri garanti etmiyoruz:
- Uygulamanin kesintisiz, guvenli veya hatasiz calisacagi
- Uygulamadaki herhangi bir kusurun duzeltilecegi
- Uygulamanin ozel gereksinimlerinizi karsilayacagi
- Uygulamanin kullanimindan elde edilen sonuclarin dogru veya guvenilir olacagi
8. Sorumluluk Sinirlamasi
YURURLUKTE OLAN YASALARIN IZIN VERDIGI AZAMI OLCUDE, HICBIR DURUMDA EMPTY, GELISTIRICILERI, YONETICILERI VEYA TEMSILCILERI, UYGULAMAYI KULLANIMINIZ VEYA KULLANAMAMANIZ ILE BAGLANTILI OLARAK VERI KAYBI, KAR KAYBI VEYA ITIBAR KAYBI DAHIL ANCAK BUNLARLA SINIRLI OLMAMAK UZERE, HERHANGI BIR DOLAYLI, ARIZI, OZEL, SONUC NITELIGINDE VEYA CEZAI ZARARDAN SORUMLU TUTULAMAZ.
9. Tazminat
Uygulamayi kullaniminizdan veya bu Kosullari ihlal etmenizden kaynaklanan herhangi bir talep, hasar, kayip, sorumluluk ve masraftan (hukuki ucretler dahil) empty'yi ve gelistiricilerini tazmin etmeyi, savunmayi ve zarar gormemelerini saglamayi kabul edersiniz.
10. Icerik Sorumluluk Reddi
Uygulama icinde ortaya cikan mesajlar, yansitici ve ilham verici amaclarla ozenle secilmistir. Herhangi bir turde profesyonel tavsiye — psikolojik, tibbi, finansal veya baskaca — olarak amaclananmistir. Uygulama profesyonel rehberligin yerine kullanilmamalidir.
11. Uygulamada Degisiklikler
Uygulamayi herhangi bir zamanda onceden bildirimde bulunmaksizin degistirme, guncelleme veya durdurma hakkini sakli tutuyoruz.
12. Kosullarda Degisiklikler
Bu Kosullari zaman zaman revize edebiliriz. En guncel surum her zaman bu sayfada mevcut olacaktir. Degisiklikler yapildiktan sonra Uygulamayi kullanmaya devam ederek, revize edilmis Kosullara bagli olmayi kabul edersiniz.
13. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu Kosullar, kanunlar ihtilafi ilkeleri dikkate alinmaksizin Turkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarina gore yonetilecek ve yorumlanacaktir. Bu Kosullardan veya Uygulamanin kullanimindan kaynaklanan herhangi bir uyusmazlik, Istanbul, Turkiye mahkemelerinin munhasir yargi yetkisine tabi olacaktir.
14. Bolunebilirlik
Bu Kosullarin herhangi bir hukumunun gecersiz veya uygulanamaz olduguna karar verilirse, soz konusu hukum cikarilacak ve kalan hukumler yasa kapsaminda tam olarak uygulanacaktir.
