1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using empty ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, and as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion thereof
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks
4. Intellectual Property
The App and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to design, graphics, text, shader code, messages, and software) are owned by Ahmet Gezgin and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The empty name and logo are trademarks of Ahmet Gezgin.
5. User Data & Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All preferences and usage data are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored on it.
6. In-App Purchases
empty offers a single optional non-consumable in-app purchase called empty Pro. It is a one-time lifetime unlock — not a subscription.
- Product: empty Pro — Lifetime Unlock (non-consumable).
- Price: $9.99 USD one-time (price may vary by region and is displayed in the app at the time of purchase).
- Free tier: The app is free to download. You receive 3 free message openings per day. The counter resets at local midnight.
- Pro includes: Unlimited daily openings, access to all six themes, and message sharing as image cards. Future content added to empty Pro is included at no additional charge.
- Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or auto-renewals.
- Restore: You can restore your Pro unlock on any device signed in with the same Apple ID via Settings → Restore Purchase.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. Contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will function uninterrupted, securely, or error-free
- Any defects in the App will be corrected
- The App will meet your specific requirements
- The results obtained from use of the App will be accurate or reliable
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EMPTY, ITS DEVELOPERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid, if any, for accessing the App.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless empty and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
10. Content Disclaimer
The messages revealed within the App are curated for reflective and inspirational purposes. They are not intended as professional advice of any kind — psychological, medical, financial, or otherwise. The App should not be used as a substitute for professional guidance.
11. Modifications to the App
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.
12. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. By continuing to use the App after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
