1. Information We Collect

BarkodX does not collect any personal information. We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising identifiers, or any other form of data collection. The app operates entirely offline.

2. Data Storage

All data created within BarkodX — including saved barcodes, preferences, and export settings — is stored locally on your device using iOS's built-in file system and UserDefaults. This data is protected by iOS encryption and app sandboxing.

3. Device Permissions

BarkodX may request the following permissions, all of which are optional:

4. Third-Party Services

BarkodX does not integrate with any third-party services. There are no analytics SDKs, no advertising frameworks, no crash reporting tools, and no network requests. The app has zero external dependencies.

5. Children's Privacy

BarkodX does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The app is safe for users of all ages.

6. Data Sharing

We do not share any data with third parties because we do not collect any data. When you export or share a barcode, you control where it goes — BarkodX simply hands the file to iOS's share system.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete all saved barcodes from within the app via Settings → Clear All Barcodes. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data permanently.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
