Have a question, a suggestion, or hit a problem with ReelHabitX? We'd love to hear from you.
Screen Time (Apple's Family Controls framework) is what lets the App show your usage insights and limit or lock the apps you choose. Without it, limits and insights can't work. You grant it once in a system prompt, and you can revoke it anytime in Settings → Screen Time.
Any app or category you choose. You pick them through Apple's built-in app picker — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and so on — so you stay in full control of what's limited.
That's the point. Requiring Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode adds a deliberate pause that stops the impulsive "just unlock it for a second" moment. Authentication is handled entirely by iOS.
Yes. Everything stays on your device — no accounts, no servers, no analytics, no tracking. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Yes. ReelHabitX runs entirely on your device and needs no internet connection to track habits, show insights, or enforce limits.
App limits rely on Apple's Screen Time system. Make sure Screen Time access is still granted (Settings → Screen Time), the app is included in your rule, and your daily limit has actually been reached. If it still isn't working, email us and we'll help.
The free version includes habit tracking, basic insights, and up to 2 active app locks. "Lifetime Unlock" is an optional one-time purchase (no subscription) that removes the lock limit and adds advanced insights, smart suggestions, and every future feature. The exact price is shown in-app before you buy.
Open the unlock screen in the App and tap "Restore purchase", or reinstall the App and restore from there. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy. For billing issues and refunds, Apple handles all payments — visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
All data lives on your device. Deleting the App permanently removes everything it stored.
