Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Slidr ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, and as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion thereof
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App

4. Intellectual Property

The App and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to design, graphics, text, and software) are owned by Ahmet Gezgin and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Slidr app name and logo are trademarks of Ahmet Gezgin.

5. User Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All game data, generated levels, and settings you create within the App are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KLOTSKI, ITS DEVELOPERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Slidr and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party services. All functionality is self-contained and operates locally on your device.

10. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. By continuing to use the App after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

1. Kosullarin Kabulu

Slidr'yi ("Uygulama") indirerek, yukleyerek veya kullanarak, bu Kullanim Kosullarina ("Kosullar") bagli olmayi kabul edersiniz. Bu Kosullari kabul etmiyorsaniz, Uygulamayi kullanmayin.

2. Lisans Hakki

Bu Kosullara uyumunuza tabi olarak, size sahip oldugunuz veya kontrol ettiginiz herhangi bir Apple markali cihazda Uygulamayi indirmek, yuklemek ve kullanmak icin sinirli, munhasir olmayan, devredilemez, geri alinabilir bir lisans veriyoruz; yalnizca kisisel, ticari olmayan amaclariniz icin.

3. Kisitlamalar

Asagidakileri yapmamamayi kabul edersiniz:

• Uygulamayi veya herhangi bir bolumunu kopyalamak, degistirmek veya dagitmak
• Uygulamayi tersine muhendislik yapmak, kaynak koduna donusturmek veya ayristirmak
• Uygulamayi kiralamak, odunc vermek, satmak veya alt lisanslamak
• Uygulamayi yasadisi herhangi bir amacla kullanmak
• Uygulama uzerindeki herhangi bir mulkiyet bildirimini kaldirmak veya degistirmek

4. Fikri Mulkiyet

Uygulama ve tum icerik, ozellikler ve islevsellik Ahmet Gezgin'e aittir ve uluslararasi telif hakki, ticari marka ve diger fikri mulkiyet yasalari ile korunmaktadir.

5. Kullanici Verileri ve Gizlilik

Uygulamayi kullaniminiz ayrica Gizlilik Politikamiz tarafindan yonetilir. Tum oyun verileri ve ayarlar cihazinizda yerel olarak saklanir.

6. Garanti Reddi

UYGULAMA, TICARETE ELVERISLILIK, BELIRLI BIR AMACA UYGUNLUK VE IHLAL ETMEME GARANTILERI DAHIL HERHANGI BIR GARANTI OLMAKSIZIN "OLDUGU GIBI" SUNULMAKTADIR.

7. Sorumluluk Sinirlamasi

YURURLUKTE OLAN YASALARIN IZIN VERDIGI AZAMI OLCUDE, HICBIR DURUMDA KLOTSKI VEYA GELISTIRICILERI, UYGULAMAYI KULLANIMINIZ ILE BAGLANTILI OLARAK HERHANGI BIR DOLAYLI, ARIZI, OZEL VEYA SONUC NITELIGINDE ZARARDAN SORUMLU TUTULAMAZ.

8. Tazminat

Uygulamayi kullaniminizdan veya bu Kosullari ihlal etmenizden kaynaklanan herhangi bir talep ve masraftan Slidr'yi ve gelistiricilerini tazmin etmeyi kabul edersiniz.

9. Ucuncu Taraf Hizmetleri

Uygulama herhangi bir ucuncu taraf hizmeti ile entegre degildir. Tum islevsellik kendi icinde yeterlidir ve cihazinizda yerel olarak calisir.

10. Uygulamada Degisiklikler

Uygulamayi herhangi bir zamanda onceden bildirimde bulunmaksizin degistirme, guncelleme veya durdurma hakkini sakli tutuyoruz.

11. Kosullarda Degisiklikler

Bu Kosullari zaman zaman revize edebiliriz. En guncel surum her zaman bu sayfada mevcut olacaktir.

12. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu Kosullar Turkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarina gore yonetilecektir. Herhangi bir uyusmazlik Istanbul, Turkiye mahkemelerinin munhasir yargi yetkisine tabi olacaktir.
