Gizlilik Politikası

Özet: HavaNasıl hesap oluşturmaz, sizi takip etmez, reklam göstermez. Konumunuz yalnızca hava verisini almak için kullanılır ve cihazınızda kalır.

1. Toplanan Bilgiler

HavaNasıl, gizlilik öncelikli felsefeyle tasarlanmıştır. Uygulama herhangi bir kişisel bilgi toplamaz.

Hesap gerekmez — Kayıt, e-posta, telefon — hiçbiri istenmez.
Analitik veya takip yok — Hiçbir analitik framework, çökme raporlayıcı veya izleme SDK'sı kullanılmaz.
Reklam yok — Uygulamada reklam veya reklam ağı bulunmaz.

2. Konum

HavaNasıl, bulunduğunuz noktanın hava durumunu sunabilmek için cihaz konumunuza ihtiyaç duyar. Konum:

Yalnızca kullanım sırasında (when-in-use) istenir; arka planda izlenmez.
Sadece hava verisi sorgusu (enlem/boylam) ve şehir adı çözümlemesi için kullanılır.
Hiçbir sunucuya kullanıcı kimliği ile birlikte gönderilmez.
Cihazınızda yerel olarak işlenir; HavaNasıl tarafından bir veritabanında saklanmaz.

Konum izni vermezseniz uygulama çalışmaz, çünkü hava verisi konumsuz mümkün değildir.

3. Veri Depolama

Tercihler, son hava verisi anlık görüntüsü ve önbellek cihazınızda iOS standart depolama (SwiftData ve UserDefaults) ile saklanır. Bu veri:

Yalnızca cihazınızdaki HavaNasıl uygulaması tarafından erişilebilir
iOS sandbox ve cihaz şifrelemesi ile korunur
Uygulama tarafından buluta yedeklenmez (iOS/iCloud yedeklemesi standart davranıştır)
Uygulamayı silmenizle tamamen kaldırılır

4. Üçüncü Taraf — Hava Verisi

HavaNasıl, hava verisi için Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com) açık API'sini kullanır. Bu istek:

API anahtarı veya kullanıcı kimliği içermez.
Sadece enlem/boylam ve dil bilgisi (ör. tr) içerir.
Open-Meteo'nun kendi gizlilik uygulamalarına tabidir; ayrıntı için open-meteo.com.

Şehir adı, Apple MapKit ters jeokodlama ile yerel olarak çözümlenir.

5. Cihaz İzinleri

Konum (kullanım sırasında): Hava verisi sorgulaması için. Zorunlu.

HavaNasıl bildirim, takvim, kişiler, fotoğraf, mikrofon, kamera, sağlık veya hareket verisi talep etmez.

6. Uygulama İçi Satın Alma (HavaNasıl Pro)

HavaNasıl Pro, isteğe bağlı tek seferlik bir uygulama içi satın almadır. Ödeme süreci tamamen Apple StoreKit üzerinden yürür:

Ad, e-posta, kart bilgisi gibi ödeme verileri doğrudan Apple tarafından işlenir; HavaNasıl bu bilgilere erişmez ve saklamaz.
Cihazda yalnızca satın alma durumu (Pro açık/kapalı) tutulur; kişisel ödeme bilgisi tutulmaz.
Geri yükleme işlemi de yine Apple Kimliği üzerinden yapılır.

6. Veri Paylaşımı

Toplanan kişisel veri olmadığı için paylaşılacak veri yoktur. Hiçbir kullanıcı bilgisi satılmaz, kiralanmaz veya takas edilmez.

7. Çocukların Gizliliği

HavaNasıl 13 yaş altı dahil hiç kimseden kişisel bilgi toplamaz. Her yaş için güvenlidir.

8. Politikadaki Değişiklikler

Bu politika zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Değişiklikler bu sayfada güncel tarih ile yansır. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz revize politikayı kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

Summary: HavaNasıl creates no accounts, does not track you, and shows no ads. Your location is used only to fetch weather data and stays on your device.

1. Information We Collect

HavaNasıl is designed with a privacy-first philosophy. The app does not collect any personal information.

No account required — No signup, email, or phone number is requested.
No analytics or tracking — No analytics frameworks, crash reporters, or tracking SDKs are used.
No ads — There are no advertisements or ad networks in the app.

2. Location

HavaNasıl needs device location to deliver weather for where you are. Location:

Is requested only while in use; never tracked in the background.
Is used only for the weather query (latitude/longitude) and city name resolution.
Is never sent to any server tied to a user identity.
Is processed locally on your device; HavaNasıl does not retain it in a database.

If you decline location permission, the app cannot function, because weather data is not possible without a location.

3. Data Storage

Preferences and the latest weather snapshot/cache are stored on your device using standard iOS storage (SwiftData and UserDefaults). This data:

Is accessible only by the HavaNasıl app on your device
Is protected by iOS sandboxing and device-level encryption
Is not backed up to any cloud by the app (standard iOS/iCloud backup behavior applies)
Is fully removed when you delete the app

4. Third Party — Weather Data

HavaNasıl uses Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com), an open weather API. The request:

Contains no API key or user identifier.
Contains only latitude/longitude and a language code (e.g., tr).
Is subject to Open-Meteo's own privacy practices — see open-meteo.com.

City names are resolved locally via Apple MapKit reverse geocoding.

5. Device Permissions

Location (when-in-use): Required to fetch weather. Mandatory.

HavaNasıl does not request notifications, calendar, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, health, or motion data.

6. In-App Purchase (HavaNasıl Pro)

HavaNasıl Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase. The entire payment flow is handled through Apple StoreKit:

Payment information (name, email, card details) is processed directly by Apple; HavaNasıl never receives or stores any of it.
Only the purchase state (Pro on/off) is kept on device — no payment information is stored.
Restoring purchases is also handled via your Apple ID.

6. Data Sharing

Since no personal data is collected, there is no data to share. No user information is sold, rented, or traded.

7. Children's Privacy

HavaNasıl collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Safe for all ages.

8. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated occasionally. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
