1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using FastLearn ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, and as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion thereof
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
4. Educational Content
FastLearn provides study materials and flashcards for exam preparation. While we strive for accuracy, the content is provided for educational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for official exam preparation materials. We do not guarantee exam success based on the use of this app.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to design, graphics, text, and software) are owned by Ahmet Gezgin and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The FastLearn app name and logo are trademarks of Ahmet Gezgin.
6. User Data & Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All study progress, flashcard data, and settings you create within the App are stored locally on your device using SwiftData. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FASTLEARN, ITS DEVELOPERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FastLearn and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
10. In-App Purchases
FastLearn offers optional one-time in-app purchases ("Packages") that unlock additional study content. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
- One-time payment: Packages are non-consumable. Once purchased, content is yours permanently — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
- Family Sharing: Purchases support Family Sharing where enabled by your Apple ID settings.
- Restore Purchases: You can restore previous purchases at any time from the in-app store screen using "Restore Purchases."
- Refunds: All refund requests must be directed to Apple. FastLearn does not process refunds directly. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
- Price: Prices are set in your local currency and displayed before purchase. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
11. Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. All study functionality operates locally on your device. In-app purchases are processed by Apple's App Store infrastructure.
12. Modifications to the App
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.
13. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. By continuing to use the App after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
