By downloading or using the ReelHabitX application ("App"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

ReelHabitX is a mobile application that helps you understand and reduce short-form video ("reel") usage, set app limits using Apple's Screen Time framework, and build healthier habits. Features include usage insights, app limits and locks, Face ID-protected lock removal, habit tracking, and personalized alternatives.

2. Terms of Use

• You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, extract source code from, or modify the App.
• Unauthorized copying, distributing, or republishing of the App's content is prohibited.

3. Screen Time & App Limits

The App uses Apple's Screen Time framework (Family Controls, Device Activity, Managed Settings) to limit or lock the apps you choose. These features depend on iOS and require you to grant Screen Time authorization. App limits are tools to support your own intentions — they are not foolproof, and their behavior is ultimately controlled by iOS. We do not guarantee that any limit or lock will be enforced under all circumstances.

4. Not Medical or Behavioral Advice

The App is a self-management tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice. If you are concerned about compulsive use or your wellbeing, please consult a qualified professional.

5. In-App Purchase (Lifetime Unlock)

The App offers an optional one-time in-app purchase, "Lifetime Unlock". It is not a subscription and never renews.

• The free version includes core features with up to 2 active app locks. Lifetime Unlock removes the lock limit and adds advanced insights, smart suggestions, and all future features.
• It is a one-time, non-consumable purchase processed by Apple's App Store; payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
• The price is displayed in-app before purchase and may vary by region.
• The purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple ID using "Restore purchase" in the App.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies; request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." No guarantees are made regarding uninterrupted service, the enforcement of app limits, the accuracy of usage data provided by iOS, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the App.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its content (design, code, graphics) are protected by copyright. All rights reserved.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.
