By downloading or using ArtLens ("App"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Service Description

ArtLens is a photo transformation application that applies artistic styles to your photos using on-device processing. It offers 79+ art styles inspired by historical and contemporary art movements.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
You may not copy, redistribute, or republish the App's content or style algorithms without permission.
You may not use the App to process content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.

3. Subscription (ArtLens Pro)

ArtLens Pro is a weekly auto-renewing subscription.
Price: $2.99 per week (or local currency equivalent as shown at time of purchase).
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal charges are applied to your account up to 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Apple manages all billing. We do not collect or store your payment information.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and all content are protected by copyright. All rights reserved. The artistic style algorithms and rendering techniques are proprietary. Nothing in these terms grants you any intellectual property rights in the App.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Use is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profit.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you within the App. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.

ArtLens'i ("Uygulama") indirerek veya kullanarak aşağıdaki koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Uygulamayı kullanmayın.

1. Hizmet Tanımı

ArtLens, cihaz üzerinde işlem yaparak fotoğraflarınıza sanatsal stiller uygulayan bir fotoğraf dönüştürme uygulamasıdır. Tarihi ve çağdaş sanat akımlarından ilham alan 79+ sanat stili sunar.

2. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım

Uygulamayı yalnızca kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanabilirsiniz.
Uygulamanın kaynak kodunu tersine mühendislikle çözmeye, derlemeye veya çıkarmaya çalışamazsınız.
Uygulamanın içeriğini veya stil algoritmalarını izinsiz kopyalayamaz, dağıtamaz veya yeniden yayınlayamazsınız.
Uygulamayı yasadışı, zararlı veya üçüncü taraf haklarını ihlal eden içerikleri işlemek için kullanamazsınız.

3. Abonelik (ArtLens Pro)

ArtLens Pro, haftalık otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir.
Fiyat: Haftada $2,99 (satın alma sırasında gösterilen yerel para birimi karşılığı).
Ödeme, satın alma onayı üzerine Apple Kimliği hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
Abonelik, mevcut dönem sona ermeden en az 24 saat öncesine kadar iptal edilmezse otomatik olarak yenilenir.
Yenileme ücreti, mevcut dönemin sona ermesinden 24 saat öncesine kadar hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman Ayarlar → Apple Kimliği → Abonelikler üzerinden yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.
Abonelik satın alındığında ücretsiz deneme süresinin kullanılmayan kısmı geçersiz olur.

Tüm faturalandırma Apple tarafından yönetilir. Ödeme bilgilerinizi toplamıyor veya depolamıyoruz.

4. Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulama, tasarımı, kodu ve tüm içeriği telif hakkıyla korunmaktadır. Tüm hakları saklıdır. Sanatsal stil algoritmaları ve render teknikleri özel mülkiyettir. Bu koşullar size Uygulama üzerinde herhangi bir fikri mülkiyet hakkı vermez.

5. Garanti Reddi

Uygulama, herhangi bir garanti verilmeksizin "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır. Uygulamanın hatasız, kesintisiz veya zararlı bileşenlerden arındırılmış şekilde çalışacağını garanti etmiyoruz. Kullanım tamamen kendi sorumluluğunuzdadır.

6. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği azami ölçüde; veri kaybı veya kâr kaybı dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmaksızın Uygulamayı kullanımınızdan kaynaklanan dolaylı, tesadüfi, özel veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

7. Koşullardaki Değişiklikler

Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde bildireceğiz. Güncellemeler sonrasında Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, revize edilmiş koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

8. Geçerli Hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Anlaşmazlıklar Türk mahkemelerinin münhasır yargı yetkisine tabi olacaktır.
